KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE

  • Job holder will be responsible for customer reception, appointments, job card preparation, communication with customers for estimate, costs, progress of work, invoicing and payment, call customers on daily basis and give the updates on their vehicles. Follow up with the spare parts department on parts not in stock etc.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Good interpersonal and communications skills with computer literacy

B.Sc/HND in relevant field  plus 2-3 years hands on experience in a reputable Auto company
